These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of StarLabs Beta Services. By accessing or using the Beta Services, you agree to comply with these Terms. These Terms apply in conjunction with any other agreements between you and StarLabs, and they govern any provisions not explicitly addressed elsewhere.
The StarLabs platform provides a service for real-time code generation and rendering (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) utilizing the OpenAI API. Users may create accounts and request deletion by contacting nils.plum@starlabs.life.
The Beta Services are not available in countries or regions where the use of generative AI is restricted by law, including (but not limited to) China, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, and Crimea. Access to the Beta Services in these regions is strictly prohibited.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Beta Services unless explicitly allowed under local legal frameworks or with valid parental or guardian consent, where applicable.
Users are strongly discouraged from submitting proprietary, confidential, or sensitive data to the platform, as such data may be processed by third-party APIs, including OpenAI.
The Beta Services are designed for developers, particularly web developers. While other users may access the Beta Services, they do so acknowledging their responsibility for understanding the platform's intended use.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring their usage complies with their workplace policies, applicable laws, and contractual obligations.
By using the Beta Services, you agree to indemnify and hold StarLabs harmless from any misuse of generated code or illegal activities arising from your use of the platform.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
StarLabs does not implement automated monitoring for prohibited activities. Abuse reports will be reviewed manually and addressed via communication at nils.plum@starlabs.life.
Users retain ownership of any code generated by the Beta Services.

StarLabs reserves the right to modify or terminate the Beta Services or these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion, and without prior notice. Continued use of the Beta Services after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
The platform complies with applicable laws, including GDPR and CCPA, in the regions where it is accessible. Access is prohibited in jurisdictions where use of the platform is illegal.
Users acknowledge that they are interacting with an AI-based system. Any malfunctions should be reported to nils.plum@starlabs.life.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where StarLabs operates. All disputes must be resolved through mediation via nils.plum@starlabs.life before initiating legal action.
